By purchasing and/or downloading any digital files from Shamrock Wholesale Blanks, you are agreeing to the following terms of use. These terms are in place to protect our work and our customers

✔️ Permitted Use:

• You are allowed to use our digital designs to create physical end products such as pyjamas, t-shirts, mugs, cards, signs, and other similar items for personal use or resale.
• Our designs may be used commercially, within a small business setting, for up to 300 finished physical products. If you wish to create more than 300 items, please get in touch with us at info@shamrockwholesaleblanks.ie to arrange an extended licence.

🚫 Not Permitted:

• No digital redistribution: You are strictly not permitted to sell, share, forward, gift, or distribute our designs in any digital format.

This includes:

• Sharing unedited versions on social media, advertising platforms, or websites.
• Using our designs to create new digital downloads, such as clipart, SVGs, or printable files.
• Uploading our designs to platforms where they could be saved, extracted or reused by others.
• Watermarking required: Any use of our mockups or image photos must be fully watermarked and made unextractable before being shared online. Unmarked previews or unedited files must never be publicly posted.
• Strictly No use of external suppliers or print-on-demand services:

Our designs must not be shared with, uploaded to, or printed by any third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or print-on-demand services (including but not limited to Alibaba, AliExpress, Temu, Shein, or any overseas manufacturer). Files are licensed for use by you only and must only be produced by your own business or by Shamrock Wholesale Blanks Limited directly.

• No transfers or bulk production:

Our digital designs are not licensed for use in creating transfers, decals, or any kind of intermediary product for resale. You must not sell our artwork in the form of heat transfers, UV-DTF, DTF, or Solvent prints.

• No mass production:

Our files are strictly for small business use. Mass production or factory use is not allowed under this licence.

• No file sharing:

One licence = one person/business. You are not permitted to forward, resell, or share access to our digital files with others.

 Digital Orders:

• When purchasing digital items only, please ensure you select the ‘collection’ option at checkout to remove postage charges. This cannot be adjusted or refunded after the order has been placed.

 Breaches & Consequences:

• Breach of these terms will result in immediate removal of your licence and access to our files.
• Continued or serious breach may result in legal action being taken.
