Returns & Refunds
We will only issue a full refund if an item is faulty or damaged.
We do not accept refund requests; cancellation of order requests or returns.
We cannot provide a return or refund for damaged/faulty products if they have been worn, printed or processed. No credit or refunds will be made for decoration costs or time.
Damages and issues:
Any issues with an order must be reported to us via email or phone within 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.- No exceptions, any orders found to be faulty or missing items after this time frame will not be refunded or replaced.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any faults or discrepancies occur.
We will need a photo of the following:
Packaging clearly showing the address label
Damaged items
Order Confirmation Email
Without these photos, we will be unable to raise an investigation and resolve the issue.
Any issues out of the timeframe cannot be resolved. For incorrect items, the correct item will be issued once the incorrect item has been returned to us.
We will issue a returns label to you immediately.
All orders are packed on camera in the warehouse so we can confirm/prove all products were packaged and sent. We will thoroughly examine this footage before issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
Any false claims will result in you being blocked from placing any future orders. Please thoroughly check your package before making a claim.
