- Tracking Number: This can be found in the dispatch email we sent you.
- Packaging: For damaged items, please keep the original packaging as well as the damaged contents for inspection or return.
- Proof of Damage: Provide clear images showing any broken or damaged items.
Kindly note that the Standard An Post Tracked service does not include compensation for lost or damaged items.
